We will distribute information on next steps in the coming weeks. The current calendar is as follows:
- Week of June 20: Send individual survey links to communities and ask for feedback.
- Week of June 27: Launch surveys in communities. Accept responses for three weeks.
- Week of June 27: Send Audit Tool and Organizational Matrix templates to communities with instructions on key stakeholder engagement.
- Weeks of July 18, August 8, & August 15: Conduct on-site visits in communities.
- Weeks of September 12 & 19: Deliver Entrepreneur & Small Business Support System Strategy & Recommendation Reports.
- Weeks of September 26 & October 3: Host follow-up webinars with communities to align on catalytic project(s) identification.
